Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake
• 1-2 Tablespoons peanut butter
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 tablespoons almond milk
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (omit for a non-chocolate version)
• 1 small ripe banana (optional, for a banana version)—> mix all ingredients together and pour into a mug
—> microwave for 1.5-3 minutes
—> top it with chocolate chips, more fruit, peanut butter, Etc.
—> Enjoy! x
Note: when I was making this I didn’t use 2 tablespoons coconut flour which the recipe called for.
