i feel like i HAVE to share it with you hehe i swear you MUST to make these…
i know they don’t look that good but their taste… omg so good ok:Cinnamon Banana Bread Muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 1/4 cups flour (try whole wheat if you want them to be healthier)
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- cinnamon chips
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees2. Mash bananas in a small bowl3. Mix brown sugar/butter in a big bowl4. Add in applesauce, eggs, and vanilla extract
5. Add in flour/baking soda/salt6. Mix in however many cinnamon chips you like ! I put a lot in hehe7. Put in muffin pans (or you can make it a loaf of bread)8. Bake 10-12 minutes9. Enjoy !!!!
