i feel like i HAVE to share it with you hehe i swear you MUST to make these…
i know they don’t look that good but their taste… omg so good ok:

Cinnamon Banana Bread Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2  ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups flour (try whole wheat if you want them to be healthier)
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • cinnamon chips
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. Mash bananas in a small bowl
3. Mix brown sugar/butter in a big bowl
4. Add in applesauce, eggs, and vanilla extract
5. Add in flour/baking soda/salt
6. Mix in however many cinnamon chips you like ! I put a lot in hehe
7. Put in muffin pans (or you can make it a loaf of bread) 
8. Bake 10-12 minutes
9. Enjoy !!!!
